THE EVOLUTION



Our healthy habits are the following: to walk one hour every day to liberate the stress, also we should drink two litters of water daily in order to be hydrated besides that, we sleep eight hours; The personal hygiene such as wash our hands and teeth, have a shower daily, etc. We should implement a more balanced nutrition eating from those different groups of meals enough portions, trying to avoid the over consumption of all the food, especially junk food.
